Here is RBA’s schedule starting December 11th.
The schedule will return to normal when we return from Winter Break… Mon. Jan. 8th 2024.
If you are planning to be out of town or cannot attend these classes please plan accordingly by taking make-up classes.

For example: If your dancer is a level 2 please feel free to come to any level 1 class for a make-up.

Courtiers, Corps de Ballet & Soloists will have WARM UP at RBA on Monday, Dec. 11th.

Announcements & Reminders for November!
•
For the month of December, RBA’s schedule will be an adjusted schedule. These are available at the front desk & will be posted on Remind. The schedule will return to normal in January 2024.
•
The first week of every month is observation week. Come and watch your dancer take class, please follow the guidelines posted outside the studio & be respectful of the teachers.
•
While waiting outside RBA’s lobby, please be respectful of the Platt Lobby & their surrounding suites. There is no playing in or running around the fountain, parents please be courteous about noise & picking up after yourselves after enjoying snacks & drinks.
•
Dancers may not be left unattended by a parent/guardian at anytime they are not in class. If a student is dropped off early before class starts or late to be picked up after ballet class, there will be a fee charged to their account.

> Plan your make-up classes now! Come in at anytime (in the level class below yours) to take a make-up class before or after your absence.
Any student level 3, Adult Ballet & up are invited to take Saturday morning Body Conditioning at 9am.

Announcements & Reminders for October 2023!

•Nutcracker Rehearsals!
Thank you for attending rehearsals! Please remember if you have a previously planned event, you need to ask to be excused in advance to missing your rehearsals/ballet classes! Let us know by calling or visiting the front desk or messing us directly with Remind! Failure be excused from rehearsals 3 times+ will result in having performances taken-away.
•Breaks! If your dancer has a break an hour long or longer, they must wait in the Platt Lobby chaperones by an adult/parent/guardian until their next rehearsal. RBA’s lobby is off-limits & we are not responsible for supervising dancers who are not in rehearsals. Thank you!
•ILLNESS/COVID policies!
If your family/dancer has been exposed to illness or are experiencing symptoms of illness we ask that you please call or message us on remind that you will be missing class/rehearsals & please stay home until you test negative or are symptom (fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, aches, vomit, diarrhea) free.
When you have tested negative & are planning on returning to classes/rehearsals please send your dancer with a mask if they are still experiencing a cough or a runny/stuffy nose. If their symptoms are heavily demonstrated in class/rehearsals they will be given a mask or they will be asked to go home & rest. If dancers are experiencing an injury & need to be excused from class/rehearsals & have visited their dr, please bring us a drs note and they may observe class/rehearsals until they have been cleared to dance!

•Halloween Week! We will be dressing-up in all classes! We ask that everyone wears their tights/leotards/ballet slippers underneath their costumes & that their hair is pulled out of their faces. NO wigs or masks allowed along with scary, gore & bloody themes.

•Observation Week! The first week of every month! The goal of observation week is for parents to enjoy watching class & to see their child’s improvement and their behavior in class. Please attend whenever you can & follow the guidelines/etiquette.
