Had such a great time at the City of Mulberry, FL Government Christmas Village! I hope everyone enjoyed our Christmas backdrop and the awesome hot chocolate bombs!!

Jess Rice, owner and designer, is a U.S. Air Force veteran turned business owner. She enjoys being able to use her creative mind to give each client exactly what they are looking for and so much more. She brings tons of new ideas to the table and knows how to keep a strict timeline and budget.

Nigel Rice, owner and coordinator, proudly serves his country as a U.S. Air Force TSgt. He enjoys having a good time and accepts all ideas for parties, even our very own community's 4th of July Trash Bash. He thinks outside the box (sometimes too far lol) and believes every occasion is one worth celebrating.
