ATTENTION DREAMERZ: If you have booked me to decorate please make your payments on time and take into consideration the holidays as well if you are paying late and you run the possibility of things that need to ordered not getting here on time with the holiday season. Also customized items, backdrops,etc take time to do. Do not reach out to me for example on Monday wanting a customized backdrop and your event is Saturday ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Pay accordingly. Why is my deposit NON-REFUNDABLE?!

Many times this question comes up after a client has reviewed the contract. However, given the substantial investment of time, resources, and effort that goes into the initial event preparations, it is important for the client to understand how this policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and commitment to his/her event, while covering the costs associated with the early stages of planning.

So here is what you can reply if a client asks, why is my deposit non-refundable?

The deposit you have paid ensures the successful planning and ex*****on of your event decor. When you reserve our services and secure your event date, we start a series of preparations that require time, resources, and commitment from our team. These include, but are not limited to:

1) Allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel to your event.

2) Scheduling and coordination of logistics, deliveries, and arranging setup and takedown procedures based on the information provided.

3) Customization and Design: If applicable, we commence the process of customizing and designing elements of your decor according to your theme, color scheme, and preferences. This entails time allocated to creative brainstorming, design drafts, and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit to your vision.

4) Opportunity Costs: By reserving your event date, we might forego other potential opportunities. This includes declining other clients who may be interested in the same date.
