It was a wonderful weekend for a slumber party for this family of four ⛺️⛺️⛺️⛺️

The text I received the following morning said both kids slept snug as bugs (although bedtime got pushed later than normal—but that’s what movie nights and family time are all about ❤️)

The kids picked the themes for themselves and their parents…2 Explorer tents 🌲🌲and 2 Unicorn tents 🦄🦄

The adventure has been a little too real the last few days for local communities. From snow last weekend➡️temps in the 60’s➡️severe weather➡️a tornado➡️hurricane like winds➡️power outages➡️cancelled school➡️freezing temperatures! Yikes! I’m think about all of our friends still without power—days after the storm.

Let’s set up a date for a safer adventure for your kids! The kind they’ll be talking about for years (in a good way).

In the mean time…PLEASE, if you’re in the area and need ANYTHING, let us know if we can help! A friend is using our generator so at least there’s one house that’s a little warmer. Just wish we could do more!

When booking a party, I include the disclaimer that not every party or theme will look exactly like it has been pictured.

Why?

THIS is why! Things are always improving! I’ve now added several light up rainbows to my inventory 🌈 Any previous photos I have taken with the Magical Theme haven’t included this gem. So, just because it isn’t “exactly the same”, doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. I mean seriously, who would be disappointed if I showed up with rainbows to your party!?

FAQ: How much space is required for a slumber party?

Great question! This beautiful set-up is just a little over 14 feet wide (left to right in this photo) and 7 feet deep. Each tent is approximately 3 1/2 feet X 6 feet.

Wondering if your space will work? Send a message with dimensions of your room (including a picture is even better) and we’ll find a layout that will work!

Hi! I’m Greta, the owner of InTents Events and I’m so happy you’re here! Since we’re all new, I’ll take a moment to introduce myself. 👋🏻

I’m originally from Wisconsin, but have called the Rochester area home for almost 15 years (this is where my husband is from). We have 2 kids—a 3 and 6 year old. So we stay busy chasing them…or maybe they’re chasing us. At this point we’re really not sure!? 🤪

I LOVE planning my own kids’ parties but that’s only two parties per year. When I discovered glamping slumber parties existed, I knew Rochester, MN needed this service! I got to work covering every detail to make your slumber party memorable.

Now it’s time for me to make your life easier by creating an epic slumber party in your home.

⭐️Lantern with battery operated candle

⭐️Use of a personalized letter sign
⭐️Garland/banner to match your theme
⭐️Other fun decor to match your theme. May include: rugs, additional lighting, decorative plants, and more!
⭐️I will arrive at your home to set-up and style your slumber party (you just need to clear the floor for set-up), you and your campers will enjoy the night, and I’ll return the next day to disassemble the tents
