Wedding season is right around the corner. We are so excited at Untamed Events to see our couples events executed. OUR guidance to them?
Create THEIR 🙌🏻

While I’m sure your planning is going well, here are a few personal tips our team put together to help future couples :

*Trust your vendors, you have chosen them for a reason. While giving your input during planning is always welcome and encouraged. On event day , trust all that communication will be delivered. Trust WHY you chose them in the first place. Honestly they also want the day to be just as amazing so IF something goes not as planned, trust they are professional enough to handle it. We love our couples!

* Point of contact : While we are your wedding coordinators and will step in and handle most communications with vendors , guests , bridal party & family on event day. WE also need someone to lean on from your family. (And can it please not be the drunk uncle , or groomsmen who always disappears. We need someone who WANTS to help 🤪🫶🏻)

* Timeline buffer : We assist our clients in creating a day of timeline. These are designed just as a guidance for the day, however very helpful when working with multiple vendors. They are nice to keep everyone on the same page. What we always do is give a few moments buffer here and there. This is a day to celebrate, and if that extra long hug , or quick selfie with your old friends pushes the timeline back a few minutes . NO worries! This is why you hire professionals. So add a few moments extra at the end of beauty (Ladies… we always need it , be honest . When you tell us to be ready at noon . Does that really mean noon? LOL. YESS) and at the end of cocktail hour (who is ever in their seat on time 🤷🏼‍♀️). Promise this will help!

* And lastly , this is YOUR day. If it has 20 guests or 200, it is special because it will always be yours. Enjoy. You will create personalized moments for your day and it will be PERFECT! If you don’t love flowers , or you don’t love cake,ITS OK! It’s about what you do love! ✨

Dreaming of summer days?
Dreaming of a gorgeous tented wedding?

So are we. With all this chilly weather we thought we would bring back a few pics from one of our FAVORITE summer days.. hope you enjoy it as much as our couple.

They asked for all white and greens. Very classic. Elegant. Add a little sparkle with the gorgeous chandeliers. What was important to them was to enhance the view of the tent, at this water side venue. We think the UE team nailed it!
