To everyone who attended tonight's Dinner in the Forbidden Forest... I again want to issue my heartfelt apology. My decision to choose the vendor that I chose resulted in the integrity of this business being compromised and we failed to offer you the experience that you deserved to have.

Every inch of me wants to unload my frustrations on a caterer who underperformed, acknowledged that they did not prepare enough food, and then left without correcting the error and leaving us scrambling.

But I made the choice, I selected the vendor and I let each of you down. For that I apologize. I am whole heartedly falling on the sword. We worked EXTREMELY hard for the last 6 months to give you an evening you wouldn't forget.

I know you traveled far and wide for this experience and it did not live up to your expectations. I CANNOT give you this night back and I am deeply remoreseful. Emails will be forthcoming.
