Just two days ago, Argentina celebrated “La Revolución de Mayo” (May’s revolution). On May 25, 1810 Argentina's first independent government, the Primera Junta (First Assembly), was formed. On an effort to introduce my favorite Argentinian treats, I decided to start offering CHIPAS! Chipas are traditionally from the north and shared with Brazil and Paraguay. Yummy cheese bread without wheat flour.
