We started out the 2025 season with a Wedding at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches! It was cold and chilly outside but it was warm in the hearts of all those who attended. From Bridal House to Ceremony it was a wonderful day!

Have you ever felt left out at a wedding or an event because you didn’t know the latest line dances? You don’t have to sit on the sidelines any more. Come join the fun!
We will be having line dance classes at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches starting Tuesday,January 21st from 5:30pm -6:30pm.
Our own Sandra Ladson will be teaching the oldies but goodies like the Electric Slide, Cuban Shuffle and ChaCha Slide. She will also include the newer line dances such as the Fireball, Flex and others.
This is a 5 week course and is only $25.00. The class will be capped at 20 students. If you are interested you may call to register at 252-907-4489.

This is our last event and picture for 2024! This is now our third year and each year I like to post a picture of our staff and share our appreciation of those who have supported us.
It has been a privilege and a pleasure to have been a part of every event that we have been entrusted to. We have gotten to hear and be a part of every heartfelt message. We experienced the emotion and appreciation you shared with your loved ones. It touched our lives too! We have cried, laughed and cheered with you.
We were impressed to see how generous corporate companies were to their employees during our Christmas season and generous to our staff as well!
Going into 2025 we look forward to all the events we already have booked! The Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Proms (Three this year!),retirement parties and Family Corporate Days plus the Chambers Shrimp and Oyster Roast! (This is only a few there is more!)
We would also like to thank our vendors. You make what we do even better!
So much to look forward to in 2025!

Bunn-Brantley Enterprises was our last event for our 2024 season at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches!
They celebrated their company’s 50th Anniversary and Christmas party!
What an enjoyable evening with shared memories and heartfelt messages.
Appetizers, a wonderful meal and two bars were a part of this event.
Outside everyone enjoyed the Pavilion porch and music by Chandler James!
We always offer to take a group picture for our guest and it was certainly in order for this one! Merry Christmas and happy 50th Anniversary to Bunn-Brantley Enterprises!

Stocks Engerneering enjoyed a wonderful evening at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches!
They had a great array of appetizers starting with Prime rib sliders, shrimp cocktail, a charcuterie Board, Fruit Tray and smoked Vidalia Onion Dip. The “Buffet Two” was served for dinner. It features a Bistro Filet and Roasted Chicken Breast. All prepared by our in house chef.
After dinner everyone gathered on our Pavilion Porch enjoying the fireplace and giving out gifts.

ALCO Electric gathered in again this year for their Christmas luncheon, at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches!
Great food, gifts, hanging out on our Pavilion porch by the fire and taking lots of Holiday pictures!

DP Properties held their Christmas luncheon at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches!
They had a wonderful meal of Brisket and BBQ Chicken prepared by our in house chef!

The Town of Red Oak was in Dortches to celebrate the season at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches! They enjoyed a wonderful meal prepared by our in house chef. Our Pavilion porch is the perfect spot for holiday pictures!

What a fun and festive Holiday party at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches! Lots of wonderful food and spirits were enjoyed at this event. Our venue is beautifully decorated for the season and everyone made sure to take lots of holiday pictures by the Christmas tree and outdoor fireplace. Merry Christmas!

Eastern Petroleum had fun,fun,fun at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches! They enjoyed our Bistro Filet and Grilled Chicken for dinner along with two wonderful dessert choices. Our Bar Manager was on hand for the evening and Nick from Impulzt Entertainment kept the music going on our Pavilion porch!

Appian held their Christmas Party at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches with a plated four course meal. Appetizers, She crab soup, salad,Lobster and Filet Mignon. Dessert was cheesecake and chocolate mousse that included coffee service. Our attentive staff took care of each guest.
Santa even stopped by!

We had a full house with Lambert’s Cable at Smith’s Pavilion of Dortches! Our inhouse chef prepared an amazing meal for this large group.
