Year 3 of building a charcuterie/food table and dessert table for this annual holiday party! FULL table of shrimp ceviche, cranberry and goat cheese bites, Merry Little Christmas Deviled Eggs, Brie and Prosciutto Crostini’s and more!

Warm food of Mac and Cheese Bites (Lobster, Truffle and Regular), Reuben Rounds, Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms, Bacon Wrapped Dates and…. MORE!

And then last but not least, the dessert table! Buckeye Mousse, Chocolate Ganache Tartlets, Fruit Tartlets, Peppermint Brownies, Gingerbread Cheesecake and Tiramisu Shooters!

Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony for May Dugan Center and this year also turner into a Retirement party as well!

The crowd ate everything! It was a full spread of everyone’s favorite Reuben Eggrolls, Mac and Cheese Bites, Arancini, Seafood Salad, Rare Roast Beef Crostini’s, Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Crostini’s, Sliders, Peppermint Truffles, Fruit Tartlets and more!!

We had the pleasure to cater the Annual Meeting for the Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity! The event was held at their Restore Store on West 110th Street.

For our food tables and bar setups, we used tables and bars that they currently have available in the store, very cool!

We served over 300+ people with a variety of Sliders, Mac and Cheese Bites, Arancini, Eggrolls, Pierogies, Crudité, Charcuterie and Dessert, including 300 chocolate chip cookies that were handed out to guests when they left the event.
