With the request of “Upscale BBQ”, we provided Brisket, BBQ Chicken and Smoked Salmon with Scalloped Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Zucchini and Squash Casserole and more!

Fun filled day with cocktail hour, buffet dinner, dessert table and late night food!
