Official Post!
BCE Vendor Events will not be hosting any more events for the foreseeable future.
We was very blessed to meet so many amazing people through this wonderful experience.
Sadly we have decided we don't have the time or energy to host any more events as of right now.
As several know I (jodie) started grooming dogs full time at the beginning of January (very unexpected as it wasn't planned to happen til next year) between that ,farm life ,running my other small business ,pulling tractors etc. I'm just not able to give the vendor events enough time.
There is so much work, most definitely with a large vendor events like the April 6th and the others would have been.
As someone said to me. you can't help other, when you are speard to thin yourself. I truly can't say thank you enough to all the people that helped us along this journey.
For now this goodbye.

We have 2 spaces available at Craftastic Vendor Event/Craft Fair .
10x10 spaces
1 Indoor space $40
1 outdoor space $30
We are expecting 46 vendors plus 2 food truck.
This is hopefully going to be a huge don't miss event.

We have 3 items that was donated to raffle basket for our April 6th event but there dated to be used by March 30th.
So we have decided to offer them as a silent auction.
Auction ends 1/12/24 8 AM est
All proceeds goes to Veteran's Center of East TN
How to bid - Each item will have its own comment on the main post , reply your bid in comments under the item you wish to bid on.
Bid must increase by $1 amount

We will be meeting with winners in rogersville TN on 11/12 or 11/13

Question:
When we do our vendor events we try to raise money and items for a local charity. Our event in Rogersville March 9th is for the Rogersville Senior Citizens Center, April 6th is in Morristown and for The Veterans Center of East Tennessee, December's event we do for the animal shelter. I need charities for our July and August events, so please give me some ideas these events will be in Morristown and we would like to keep the charities local to the surrounding areas. Also we want to help the ones that are mostly funded with donations and don't receive government help. I will leave this up until February 1st and then in February I will let everyone vote for the top 5 choices. If someone has already commented a charity and you like that comment that will also count towards that charity. Thank you all in advance for your help.

We have 6 vendor spaces that's available now for the Craftastic Vendor Event/Craft Fair .
Space is $40 (10x10)
No candles, soaps, sewn ,wood working or crochet vendors as we are maxed on these items as of now.
We do have 1 food truck space left as well.

Our April event will be to support Veteran's Center of East TN
We will have atleast 1 raffle basket with all money from it to go to them.
They will also be setting up a booth with us to show/explain what they do and will have donation jar and box for needed items there (they will be getting us a list of needed items soon)
If anyone would like to donate to the raffle basket please message the page, you don't have to be vendor to donate.
We had the pleasure of walking through the facility yesterday its is beyond amazing what they are doing and all with just donation!

We finally got dates for morristown VFW building!!
I won't be taking payments for July til after April's event.
July will be Christmas themed and will be hosting a best decorated booth.
Have vendor sign up sheet ready for April and booking vendors now pm the page , text or email if interested.

Vendors spaces are fully booked for March.
I will be working on a backup list probably starting tomorrow.
We are looking at several larger buildings.
Hopefully something works out so we can have spaces available for more Vendors.
Thank you to each and every person that has maded this dream happen.

Huge thank you to everyone that was a shoppers , vendor , donated to the raffle , helped in any way, bought raffle tickets , donated for glitter tattoo or photos.
Motown Santa and stephaine taylor trent (grinch) for offering their time and everything to make so many people happy
We at the BCE booth raised a total of $119 in cash and several bags of items for the shelter as well for Hawkins County Humane Society
Next event is scheduled for March 9th at Hawkins county rescue squad building.

An amazing donation to the December event today.
Huge thank you to the glitter girl.
She has donated the supplies for me to do glitter paw print tattoos for donations to the Hawkins County Humane Society at our Christmas Is Coming Vendor Event .
I will be doing that at my booth in side til about 12:30 then I will move it to my outside table where we will be doing photo check in as well.
Also if your coming to do photos please bring your own camera, phone etc. Sadly my camera lens has died so I will not be able to offer photos.
I'm doing my best to find a replacement photographer but I can't make promises now.

I'm happy to announce we checked with city and can have a food truck.
Heavenly Hog & Southern Chick
Will be joining us on December 2nd.
This is definitely going to be a don't miss event.
I hope to have a official Vendor List soon.
