We are excited to share that Food For Your Soul Catering, LLC will be at our Rolla North Financial Center on Tuesday, July 30th, 2024 11AM - 1PM. They are a local favorite with delicious down home soul food! Eat Local…Stop by and purchase your lunch!

Evening Y’all! Here is an update on the generator. The part that was ordered was the wrong one.😢… the correct one will not be in untl sometime next week. Prayerfully, this one will be the one! In the meantime, I will be gearing the menu towards items that WILL NOT require the use of the fryer or grill at the same time. That way we will still be able to power the fire suppression system with one of the other two smaller generators. (The main generator is normally used for that) Without the suppression system the inside of the trailer becomes a literal smoke stack, which is no good for Michael nor myself. Also, not using it with foods that produce grease is against Health Department regulations. Don’t be dismayed y’all, I will be working on menus over the weekend in between events!! We will make it happen! We appreciate you Guys and Gals for being patient with us, and your unwavering support!!! You all are the absolute best!!!

New Dessert Alert!

Evening Y’all!!! There will be a slight change to our hours for Food Truck Friday in JCMO! FFYS will be leaving at 6pm instead of 8pm. We have an event in STL on Saturday morning and need to be there super early! We apologize for any inconvenience, but still hope to see ya!!!

Today was a much needed outlet and an absolute pleasure being able to share what we do with the kiddos! I pray that we made an impact, and showed them proof that anything is possible WITH GOD! Thank you Rolla Middle School for inviting us! We appreciate you all!
