Cut, toss in olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes at 450

A little roasted chicken! No matter what the tv chefs say, I clean my chicken! Clorox kills 99.9% bacteria and viruses lol! Anyway here’s what to do

1 whole chicken and take your kitchen shears and cut the back out of it and then press the breast down until you hear it crack. Flatting it will make it cook evenly, oh a yeah don’t forget to wash and clean the chicken lol!
Next preheat your oven to 450
Coat chicken with your favorite olive oil
Season with garlic salt, black pepper, garlic and herb Mrs. Dash, salt, and yes some soul food seasoning found at your local dollar store
Place on a baking sheet and put in over for 15 minutes and then lower the heat to 375 and cook for 45 minutes to an hour
When finished just add some of your favorite bbq sauce or not

If you want a lite healthy snack
Get a bag of kale salad mix
3 tablespoons of lite miracle whip
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 cup of Craisins
Mid all ingredients together and pour over kale salad and craisin mix and serve
