✨Creamy Marsala Sauce Recipe✨

2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup Marsala Wine
1/2 Tsp Rosemary
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Flour

1. On a medium heat add olive oil to pan or pot of choice
2. Sauté onions until translucent
3. Add flour and allow to brown(about 1 minute)
4. Deglaze pot by adding Marsala wine and chicken stock
5. Add in mushrooms, garlic and spices
6. Turn on a low heat for about 15 minutes then add heavy cream
7. Simmer another 5 minutes before serving
