Pork belly burnt ends tonight and everyday this week!! Marinated overnight in sriracha and a special blend of seasoning. Smoked low and slow, and then drowned in organic maple syrup. Organic mango juice and organic bbq sauce!!

Guys please don’t be shy. There is dozens of loafs and probably 100 bagels. Please. If you have chickens that will eat it, it’s better then it going bad and going in the trash. There’s a variety of different breads and bagels I honestly don’t even know what half of them are 😂

I’ve been thinking about how to show appreciation for our home town. So I’m gonna do, what I do best. I’m going to feed all of you 😂

If you have an EBT card, and show it to me - you will get a FREE pulled pork sandwich with no purchase required.

If you do not have an EBT card I am offering a BOGO for the pulled pork sandwiches all day.

The pork belly burnt ends are 1$ a piece with any purchase. I have about 80 pieces in total. Same recipe as always, you know what time it is.

Haven’t decided yet, need to talk to management but I want to also make organic chicken wings or the cream corn so that we can add the BBQ SUNDAE to the menu as well.

It’s another scorching week in SW FL. And if you think things are heating up, you’re absolutely right. Just wait until you see what we’ve got planned for next month because “the month of August is traditionally very HOT”

Every Wednesday is PINT NIGHT at Back Porch Brewing Company. If you haven’t been to the newest, cleanest, and best brewery in this area make sure to come check them out and get you the greatest deal in town - 13$ for a pulled pork sammy + a pint that’s brewed in house.

Thursday it’s our monthly visit back to Sage on Palmer Ranch for dinner.

Friday it’s on like donkey kong in North Port.

Today’s menu is unprecedented. Because of my indesisiveness - we will have BOTH pork belly burnt ends AND brisket burnt ends.

🔥All burnt ends will be 12$ per serving.

🔥Along with these delicious little bites of heaven, the regular full menu is all there.

🔥The baby back ribs are apparently pork, but I’ve got a feeling they came off a supersaurus because these are some of the biggest baby back ribs I have ever put on the smoker. 35$ for a full rack because it’s enough to feed a whole family.

I have gone to 5 different stores in the last 24 hours. Sam’s club, Costco, restaurant depot etc - all of a sudden - baby back rib prices have give up nearly 20% since last week.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Stores do this all the time, nobody does or says anything. But if small busssineses raise their prices 1$ everyone notices and complains. Imagine if a restaurant raises their prices 20% overnight with no reason given ?! This is just upsetting and frustrating.

Some might say this is related to current events and that things will progressively continue to get worse.

Lord have mercy. America is not doing well.
Where is the American dream? Where is our freedom? Where is our independence? And how do we fix this?

I start of by smoking pork belly that’s been coated with sriracha and black cherry seasoning, then once the smoke has penetrated deep I toss the cubes with organic maple syrup, organic mango juice and bbq sauce. Ridiculously delicious 🤤

This whole year we have partnered with Back Porch Brewing Company to provide our neighbors with the best of the best. Every single Wednesday is PINT NIGHT where you can get a in-house brew thats masterfully crafted, accompanied with a made to order pulled pork sandwich for 13$. Ribs, brisket and the usual full menu is also available from 4-8pm.

Thursday we are back home in North Port, at the location where at all started - the town center front green. Rain or shine, we will be open, with pork belly burnt ends on the menu.

Friday it’s a brand new community - Stoneybrook from 4-7pm. This is a gated community BUT they have allowed our followers to come get food simply by telling the guard shack that you are there for “Bbq Art Co. food truck”.

As always, pre orders for full racks or generally large orders are always recommended to guarantee your reservation.

Yesterday in North Port around 7pm, a couple in their 30s (my best guess 😬) ordered 2 brisket Sammys and two pulled pork Sammys plus a side.

My helper/delivery driver took their payments and I forgot to tell her that it’s BOGO pulled pork Sammys - so they were charged for their second pulled pork sandwich.

If this was you, please contact me so I can make this right, it was keeping me up all night 😂.

This Saturday June 22 - y’all can pre order any meat you’d like for pick up in North Port between 3-6. Full rack of baby back ribs - 30$ each. Full briskets depending on weight 150-250$. Pork butts (pulled pork) 4-7 pounds each 60$. Orders must be submitted before Friday. The rest of the schedule is self explanatory 🤣

We’ve picked up a ton of new followers from our home town which is invigorating and it is my short term goal to create more and more dates and locations LOCALLY.
