Today at Ciotti Cellars we got a special request for some snacks to be included for their wine tasting. Todays special was Pork burnt ends. Pork belly smoked for 4 hours, cubed up and put into a Dutch oven topped with some brown sugar, peach BBQ sauce and a splash of bourbon to slow cook on the smoker. These were delicious!

We’re going to be at John Adams Academy tonight for their trunk or treat night, which starts at 4:30! So come out and join us for some delicious, cooked for over 16-hour brisket and pulled pork that pulls apart and melts in your mouth and is so delicious and amazing! 😋😉 Tri-tips are cooking as I type for all you tri-tip lovers.

Michael and I are starting a new business called MC’s Chompology Barbecue. It’s a catering and food truck company, in which we will be serving up delicious barbecue food all with fresh local ingredients. Grilled to perfection on our commercial grade Yodar Smoker.
