We are delighted to invite you to our inaugural ‘Brunch on Wheels’ event, happening this Saturday, 7/12, at the Deputy B. Meilbeck Memorial Park, located at 2076 Englebright Way, Plumas Lake, CA 95961, United States, from 9 am - 12 pm. We look forward to seeing you there. This is the menu we will be presenting.

RED OR GREEN CHILAQUILES
Crispy tortilla chips sautéed in red or green salsa, topped with cotija cheese, onion, and cilantro, crema, 2 eggs cooked to order, and carne asada. 18

UBE WAFFLE
Your favorite buttermilk waffles filled with the wonderful flavors of ube. Crunchy outside, soft inside, it's a great start to the day, topped with "tres leches syrup", fresh berries, shredded coconut, and chantilli. 15

ULTIMATE AVO TOAST Sourdough bread, smashed avocado, arugula, roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, arugula, sunny-side-up egg, balsamic reduction, and pickled red onion. 17

BREKKIE SANDO Sourdough bread, cheddar cheese, garlic aioli, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, avocado, tomato, arugula, served with country potatoes. 18

Graduation is like the final boss level of education - you’ve made it through the course, and now you get a shiny diploma or degree as a prize! It’s a big deal that celebrates all the hard work and late-night pizza parties that students and teachers have put in. And, of course, there’s the ceremony, which is basically a big party with weird hats and fancy robes - some people call it commencement, convocation, or congregation, but let’s be real, it’s all about the tears and proud parents.
