I’m curious about this one and I want to hear your feedback as a wedding planner, client and/or fellow caterer.

When we send out our wedding 💒 proposals (after a 30 minute consultation with the client) we will include staff , China rentals, non alcoholic beverages (free of charge on this one ), cake cutting , mobile kitchen, kitchen staff , travel, basically a full service experience at a set price plus sales taxes and service charge.

Would it be better to do it “A LA CARTE” and just charge for everything separately? I feel like this ends up costing more.
