ANNOUNCEMENT - BOUNCEU RANCHO CORDOVA
To all of our customers and friends,

We hope you are all doing well through this challenging time.
After 10 wonderful years entertaining families in Rancho Cordova and the greater Sacramento area, we are sad to announce BounceU of Rancho Cordova will be closing permanently.

It has been amazing making memories with all of you! Thank you so much for trusting us with your family celebrations throughout the years. We are honored you chose us to be part of your children’s most important day of the year!

For those of you who have booked parties with us, we are in the process of refunding your deposit and will contact you personally.

Please note, BounceU of Roseville will be re-opening as soon as we are allowed to open our doors in accordance with Placer County Public Health guidelines.

We hope to see you at BounceU of Roseville very soon!

REOPENING SOON!

You read that right! We can't wait to show you the ALL-NEW BounceU, with a whole new way of celebrating birthday parties and enjoying open play events as well as enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures!

Our customers know BounceU has been the gold standard for safe, family-friendly fun since 2007. Leave it to us to take it to a whole new level when we reopen this summer!

Stay tuned on Facebook and watch your inbox for more details. We'll look forward to the day when we can be together again for active family fun. We've missed U!

Dear Parents and Caretakers,

We want to reach out to let you know that we are thinking of you and your children, and that we miss you all! We look forward to the return of your smiling faces at BounceU and the laughter and joy that you bring!

As we all continue to navigate through this uncertain time together, it is our responsibility to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus as we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy community. BounceU will continue to be closed until further notice. We'll continue to update you as the situation progresses.

If you have an upcoming event in April, we will reach out to you directly over the next few days to provide you with a few options. We will also still be available by phone and accepting reservations for party dates post-closure as well as online bookings.

In the meantime, our team is working hard to create a Virtual Mini Birthday Bash to celebrate birthdays at home, the BounceU way! Stay tuned for more details. We are also planning to offer private and semi-private open bounce sessions for small groups once we are open again.

At BounceU, we are committed to continue to help you throw the 'Best Parties on the Planet' that are not only safe but fun and memorable for your family.

In the face of the unprecedented public health crisis surrounding COVID-19 and to do our part in slowing the spread of the virus, we have decided to temporarily close BounceU of Roseville and Rancho Cordova until March 31st

We understand the concern you may feel as a parent to keep your family safe, as well as the desire to still celebrate your child's birthday. If you have an upcoming event that is immediately affected by this we will reach out to you directly over the next few days to provide you with a few options.

We will still be available by phone and accepting reservations for party dates post-closure as well as online bookings. We will also be using this time to perform deep cleaning for our facilities.

At BounceU, we are committed to continuing to help you throw the Best Parties on the Planet that are not only safe but fun and memorable for your family. We'll continue to communicate as the situation progresses.

National Pi Day calls for birthday cake pie 😋

Diligence in keeping our facility sanitary is, as always, of the utmost importance here at BounceU. Here are a few things we do in our store to maintain a clean and safe environment for you, your family, and our employees:
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility
- Team members receive extensive training on proper cleaning methods & protocols for every area
- We have increased sanitizing between parties & at the end of each day
- Detailed checklists are utilized for all routine cleanings & our management team enforces that standards are met
