This time of year is fun for menu planning because there are so many iconic summer dishes to choose from. This week we are going with some casual classics that are great for two, or can feed a crowd. And, everything travels well so, your plans can take you anywhere from your own backyard, to the park, or maybe a potluck with friends and family. Hi Everybody!

Hope you all had a relaxing weekend - ours was productive and fun with a Family Game Night thrown in! This week we have an FNE favorite that hasn't turned up since last April...what?!?

The Extra Eats menu has Herb-Roasted Shrimp with lemon-herb aioli again this week and a new product for your pantry/fridge - Cowboy Candy. Essentially a condiment of sweet and spicy jalapenos that work in or on, a burger, grilled cheese sandwich, pizza, quiche, over the top of cream cheese or goat cheese with crackers...I could go on but you get the idea. Hi Everybody!

This week we’re gonna splurge because…you’re worth it!! A meal special enough for dinner party guests but prepared for YOU. This week we've also got a couple extras and an introduction to the R-n-B BBQ & Sausage lineup. Last FNE featured a nut and spice blend called dukkah, which was sprinkled on your roasted carrots. A lot of you had never tried it before and enjoyed it so I've made up a batch of 4 oz containers just waiting to be added to your pantry. Dukkah is fantastic on any roasted vegetable, sprinkled on hummas, scrambled eggs, avocado toast, mixed with olive oil for dipping bread - the sky's the limit!

We've also got a little sweet treat for Friday in the form of Mini Chocolate Chip Cannoli!
Two-bite versions of the iconic Italian dessert with a crisp shell and a rich, creamy filling studded with mini chocolate chips.

The R-n-B BBQ & Sausage offerings will be available for pick-up or delivery along with your Friday Night Eats order.
