I was applauded at the end of this event and it made me think of my parents who passed before their 50th wedding anniversary! Cheers to you Mom & Dad! I spent 2021 cooking for everyone, so it was only right that I ended the year by cooking for myself & my mini me off course! I don’t remember the last time I made myself a fancy plate! Lol 😆
