Allllllllmost.... the first of May it will be one year in the making... it has been a little reminiscent of "The Bear" ... as the final inspections and endless paperwork and a lot of patience - the village which has created Great Biscuit & Spice Co - (and it took a BIG VILLAGE) is almost victorious!

Stayed tuned as we'll be doing testing for our menu and will need taste testers! (Be sure and like this page!)
