My name is Stephanie Buechler and I live in Saguache which is a tiny town in southern Colorado. My life is spent with my husband, three dogs, and a cat in our beautiful home on 40 acres in the foothills of the San Juan Mountains. g experience! Well, I’ve been in the wedding industry for the last 16 years. First I traveled the world photographing larger weddings. Once I met my husband, we decided to step away from the larger weddings and focus on elopements. We officiated and photographed elopements in the woods that surrounded our cabin in southeastern Kentucky. Over the last seven years I have officiated or photographed weddings large, small, religious, non-religious, spiritual, quick and easy…you name it! I want to hear your story to see how I can incorporate it into the wedding ceremony that I will write especially for you. Whether it be a simple ceremony incorporating poetry or Bible quotes, your ceremony should be something special. It should be a reflection of who you are as a couple past, present, and future. I work together with my couples to create something they will think back on and smile about. Hello! My name is Stephanie and I live in Saguache which is a tiny town in southern Colorado. My life is spent with my husband, three dogs, and a cat in our beautiful home on 40 acres in the foothills of the San Juan Mountains. It is in these mountains where I love to photograph, hike, climb, summit, bike, camp, meditate, practice yoga, and explore.

When I’m not outside exploring, I own a quaint little coffee shop in the town called The Wapiti Coffee House. Wapiti is the Shawnee word for Elk. My husband Dave and I named the shop after a gorgeous elk that we would watch day after day on one of the mountains behind our house. When he passed away, we thought it fitting to name something important after him.
