Made peanut brittle today. Only mistake was I did not let the sugar get to 300 degrees F so it’s just a tad bit chewy as you’re eating it. It gets stuck till to your teeth!

Okay recent grand daughter birthday treat pics! Sugar cookies with cute fondant decorations for lil Miss Savannah Rose (October 17th) and the unicorn did it cake for the eldest Elika (November 1st)! I love you girls to the moon and back!

Haven’t baked for a while so I decided to make some cinnamon rolls. These are sooo good! Used the heavy cream method….. made them so much better. Hubby is going to be happy tonight😁

Not my first time making home made but my first time trying the Cinnabon copycat recipe. They turned out really good, made too much icing so saved the rest, a few things I would do different. My hubby said he didn’t think they would be cooked all the way through cuz I made him a huge one, but they all were done through and through. I will supply updates to the tweaked batch when that happens!

This is a first for me. Pie crusts I do all the time but a homemade apple pie from scratch? I’ll let you know tomorrow! 🦃🦃🦃. Oh and I didn’t have another available pie pan so had to use a cake pan instead 🤷🏽‍♀️could be worse I guess😊

From scratch cookies and croissants you say? Don’t mind if I do! These all took me 3 days! Cookies are Polish Kolaczki cookies with strawberry, cherry and orange marmalade preserves and Italian Ciambelle lemon cookies.

When you have 8 over ripe bananas what do you do with them other than throwing them out? Make chocolate banana bread and regular banana bread! The chocolate one was off the chain🤤🤤🤤

Made 2 cakes for twins! The mermaid is by far my favorite! I definitely need practice with molding anything as I did that unicorn with marshmallow fondant that I made! Happy birthday to Zerra and Kohie!

Stages of decorating this beast for my nephews 12th birthday! First time doing the drip thing. Definitely needs some work on dripping lol! So death by chocolate = chocolate cake with brownie bits in the batter, chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache and pocky sticks. All homemade from scratch cept the pocky sticks!

Another successful bake! Happy 50th birthday to my hubby! Angel food cake is always a must! The 50th birthday cake I made for the hubs was my best yet! Cheers to 50 years my love! The cake was a vanilla Chantilly cake with cream cheese buttercream. Another kind of sponge cake that is sooooo yummy!
