Here at Funguy Kitchen we love using fresh, local ingredients and sometimes we love using spices from all around the world.

Especially from Chile where Chef Carlos’ was born. His favorite spice is one called merkén, a smoked chili pepper used often in the Mapuche cuisine of Chile.

We are booking up for December with about 50% of dates already filled. We would love to see you next month and help you host the most amazing holiday party!
