Hey guys don’t forget we’re at Pollyanna Brewing Company today serving up our almost famous BBQ for their Marine Toys for Tots Foundation event!! So come join us for a great cause!

Our Toys for Tots event is today at the STC Taproom from 12PM-4PM! To add to all the fun, 4 D's BBQ will be here from 12PM-4PM AND Billy Denton will be performing from 1PM-4PM! Come join us on this beautiful Saturday!

Remember: All toys must be new AND unwrapped!

*Afterwards, we will be closing for a private event at 6PM*

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you all are having a great start to your weekend! Don’t forget we are going to be out tomorrow Saturday December 14th from Noon to 4 at Pollyanna Brewing Company for their Toys for Tot event! We will be serving up a few new items in our Smoked Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Smoked Pulled Pork Verde Tacos and our Beef Brisket Barbocoa Nachos served with our homemade jalapeño hot sauce. So grab a toy to donate and head on over for another fun day at Pollyanna and enjoy some killer BBQ while you’re at it!! 🦅🇺🇸🦅

We will be making a surprise visit to Pollyanna Brewing Company in St Charles for their Marine Toys for Tots Foundation event Saturday December 14th beginning at Noon! We will have some of our almost famous BBQ to go with some new surprise items! Good evening everyone! Did you hear the wonderful news? We will be back at Pollyanna Brewing Company in St Charles again this Saturday September 14th beginning at Noon util we sell out! We will have all your favorites our almost famous beef brisket & pulled pork to go with everyone’s favorite Nannies baked beans and loaded potato salad. So we hope you can join us to wrap up an amazing summer and all our awesome friends at Pollyanna for some cold cold beers and fun adult beverages to go with some of our killer BBQ! Happy Friday everyone! Don’t forget we will be returning to Pollyanna Brewing Company today September 6th beginning at 4 until we sell out so don’t be late! We will be featuring some new items on the menu in our homemade smoked andouille sausage, our smoked pulled pork in green sauce and the 1/2 lb. beef brisket smash burger!!! Goooooooood morning everyone! We’re going to be making a special appearance this Friday June 7th at Pollyanna Brewing Company in St Charles beginning at 4 until we sell out. With this special appearance will be a speciality menu we will be serving up for the first time Bacon Burnt Ends with a Maple Bourbon Sauce, Brisket Birra Style Tacos, Sliced Smoked Tenderloin Sandwich with a garlic aioli and a Bacon Burnt End BLT! So come on by and try some of our new menu items that I’m sure you will love and enjoy some adult beverages out on the patio for a beautiful Friday evening hope to see you all there! 🦅🇺🇸🦅
