Let’s think about this: you probably decided to elope with just the two of you so that it could be magical and intimate and stress free but just because there are less people doesn’t mean there are less logistics to figure out!😉

Hiring me means
1. You have someone to help with those tricky details.
2. You have someone who will h i k e to that epic spot with you, help you change into your dress, and make sure you look fabulous!
3. Your photographer can focus on what they do best (capturing those beautiful moments) instead of trying to play the role of “planner” too!

IT’S BEEN 2 WHOLE YEARS!🎉

Back in college I had a dream of starting my own business but never in a million years did I think it would happen so soon and so quickly.....

2 years ago T O D A Y, I received my VERY FIRST signed contract as “Eventfully, Jacqueline” and alllllllll my years of experience were about to be put to the test. 🤯

I was SO nervous but over the last two years I’ve learned SOOO dang much:
• Say YES to things that scare you but also that set your soul on fire.🔥
• Southern Utah truly has an amazing community of vendors.🥰
• Creating incredible wedding day experiences starts with building trust which requires communication, honesty, and passion.❤️
• Every client is not my ideal client. I want my couples to find the best fit for them and I’m okay if that’s not always me!☺️
• BALANCE is so important to avoid burnout and having great help is a godsend.👏🏼

I don’t even have the words to explain how much gratitude is in my heart right now. I am so grateful to the vendors who have welcomed me into this community, who have championed me, and who have been there for me every step of the way. 😘😘

Several years ago I went through Dave Ramsey’s financial peace course and I am a firm believer in s a v i n g for what you want! If you and your partner have started talking about marriage and it’s getting serious, it’s never too early to start putting money aside. 👏🏼

Officiating a wedding/ring ceremony/vow renewal: Let’s talk📋✅...

Whether you hire a professional or your use a family member or friend, the actual script of the ceremony is something that not many people think about but is the foundation of the ceremony!

Here are a few tips for your officiant😘:⁠

💗Focus on the couple – take time to get to know them so that you can add personal tidbits and stories. Make sure their ceremony is special and personalized because it will be that much more memorable for them!⁠

🙏🏻Ask for a copy of the vows – wedding day is crazy and you don’t want the couple to feel embarrassed because they forgot a copy of their vows before the walk down the aisle.⁠

💋When it’s time for the “You may now kiss the bride” moment, step to the side so that you’re not photobombing their ‘first kiss’ photo!⁠

Don't forget to EAT + DRINK something on your wedding day! Make sure you plan for food while you and the girls are getting ready for your walk down the aisle because the last thing you want is to be light-headed or dehydrated when you say 'I do'. Trust me....eat a little something!⁠🙌🏽

Charcuterie boards are GREAT 'getting ready' food because they're light and easy to pick on so that you don't have to eat a heavy meal (because we all know you'll probably be too nervous for that!) Check out for the c u t e s t charcuterie boxes that come in ALL sizes. I am a HUGE fan because she also includes a little bit of sweet. ⁠🥰⁠⁠⁠⁠

What a year 2020 turned out to be😅🤪😫... and yet WHAT A YEAR 2020 TURNED OUT TO BE!! 😍👏🏼❣️

My grandma has this saying “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change” and it’s true. It’s all about perspective people! This year may have felt some s**t cards but there is always something to be grateful for! 😘

1. I am still employed and my small business is flourishing! 🥰
2. I started “impressive petals” floral preservation as an additional service for brides!🌸
3. I got to build a relationship in a unique way... lots of creative dates, nights at home cooking, a super cheap last minute trip to Cancun, and biking down the empty Vegas strip (bittersweet)🙌🏽

It’s been a weird year but I’m still so grateful for the a b u n d a n c e of growth and opportunity this year has given me! 💙

When Christine reached out to me originally, her and Arnau had cancelled their wedding in Spain (where his family is) due to Covid and had decided to elope in Zion National Park. ⁠⛰

However, she knew that she wanted to do something special and romantic for her soon-to-be-husband..... 🥰she explained her vision for this gorgeous little set-up and am so lucky she asked me to help it come to life. ⁠🙌🏽

Christine and I planned in secret + organized all of this without him knowing!! One their big day, my trusty helper ( 😘) and I lie in waiting until the happy couple pulled out of their cute little air bnb with their photographer. ⁠📸

We snuck in (with permission from the bride, of course) and got to work setting up the perfect romantic surprise setting❣️
- A gorgeous sweetheart table with a charcuterie board, cake, candles, and wine🍷
- a strand of patio lights⁠💡
- a trail of rose petals leading up the stairs dotted with photos of the couple tied to balloons⁠🌹
- dimmed lights and a romantic meaningful song playing the second they walked in the door..... 🎶⁠
⁠...this was the recipe for the most incredible surprise set-up after getting married at Zion💗💗

Needless to say, Arnau was shocked and so incredibly gracious for the special moments his now-wife had put together for him🥰⁠

You know that secret dream you have? You know, the one that terrifies the hell outta ya so you don't really talk about it but deep down you secretly want to make it happen?? ⁠

I've got a few of those and today, we are going to VOICE THEM! Come on people, what is one big, awesome, terrifying dream that you have?? Here are a few of mine:⁠
1. Starting this business. BUT... "I'm not that person". Me? A business owner?! If you had asked me 4 years ago I would've told you it was a long shot even if it was something that I thought about! ⁠
⁠
2. Singing the National Anthem at a baseball game. I LOVE singing and I was in choice basically my entire life. I love harmonizing and I love the f e e l i n g that I get through really powerful music.... BUT I'm terrified of singing in front of people and I wouldn't say I'm great by any means. ⁠
⁠
3. Group Fitness Instructor. I have always loved group fitness and when life threw some real s**t at me in college, .m_fit and her fitness classes literally saved me. My whole body hurt so bad in her class that I couldn't focus on any of my problems for that one hour. BUT.... I see the energy that group fitness instructors have and the "spotlight" they're in while they're in front of a class and the thought of doing that myself makes me want to curl up in a ball of fear. ⁠

Did you see all those big "BUTS"?! We all have them and we all let them get in the way. Today, I'm taking the first step by vocalizing my fear scary goals... even if I'm not ready to jump on stage or in front of a fitness class.

Lisa and Tino met on a blind date set up by her mom and later ended up working together at Papa Johns.🙌🏽 This fairytale wedding shoot meant SO MUCH to them because pizza🍕 already had a special place in their hearts (which I had NO IDEA when I asked them to model for this cute shoot!!!🥰) Tino kept Facetiming his whole family to show them how beautiful Lisa was and to tell them how much he loved her. 💗💗💗

3. Write Vendor Reviews: The best way you can thank your wedding vendors for all the hard work they put into making your big day flawless is to write them raving reviews! 💗💗💗⁠

Putting together Styled Shoots is SO REWARDING for me because it gives me the opportunity to be creative and to work with the incredible wedding vendors in the area that I don't always get to see! I literally could not pull off these shoots without the help of the incredible vendors who helped put this together and who helped bring my vision to life! I had two priorities when we started planning this shoot.... 1.) the backdrop (which the model and her husband BUILT for me! 2.) the cookie wedding cake. It all came together even better than I could have imagined.

There are a few things that you should “splurge on” to make sure your wedding day is p e r f e c t👉🏼⠀⠀
1. Day-of Wedding Coordinators... stay with me here because I know it sounds biased, but hiring a coordinator may be the best thing you ever do for so many reasons. You have planned the perfect wedding but do you really want to be the one running around making sure the flowers showed up and the caterer brought the right food? NO! You should be relaxing and focusing on you because you’re about to take the biggest step of your life! And trust me.. you don’t want to ask family or friends to take this on either because they should be right there with you E N J O Y I N G and C E L E B R A T I N G a your love💕 Wedding Coordinators are LIFESAVERS and you will be doing yourself a favor by hiring one! ⠀⠀
2. Your photographer/videographer 📸 I can’t tell you how many stories I’ve heard about brides who didn’t get the photos they wanted or they weren’t happy with the photos they got. The photos/videos that you get from your wedding are the ONLY things that you will get to keep for the rest of your lives so I promise it’s worth spending a bit more 💰 for quality! ⠀⠀
3. Wedding Dress- Remember those photos that you’ll keep forever? Well, you’ll be in your wedding dress for ALL of them so splurge a little to get a dress that you LOVE. And hey, you can even save a chunk by ||r e n t i n g|| a dress too! ⠀

This styled shoot was inspired by a pair of earrings that I bought from this girl! I recently lost my favorite pair of black earrings and needed some new ones and then I came across her business!! She custom made a pair of earrings for me exactly the way that I wanted and here is what I loved most:
1. They were customized for me- she was so amazing to work with and super receptive to any feedback as she was creating them.
2. They’re SO LIGHT! I hate heavy earrings but I love some with a tiny bit of length so these were perfect.
3. I got to support a local small business. As a small business myself, I take as many opportunities as I can to support others. Check her out and get yo self a pair!

One of my brides had the cutest most creative way of incorporating this old tradition into her wedding and now that her wedding is long over, I have permission to share 😉 On her wedding day👰🏻 the bride took photos for each of these: ⠀
1. Something Old: all the people the bride knew BEFORE she met her husband.⠀
2. Something New: all the people she met BECAUSE of her husband ⠀
3. Something Borrowed: All the people attending the wedding as a PLUS ONE that didn’t know the bride. ⠀
