Congratulations to Emma and James who are celebrating their 5-month wedding anniversary this month. I’m still thinking about their Wedding cake that withstood a fabulous St George August outdoor reception in a 106-degree heat! (For sure every cake designers worry). 🔥This beauty didn’t just survive—it THRIVED! A simple Tahitian Vanilla cake frosted with Swiss Buttercream stood tall and stunning throughout the entire reception looking flawless from the first photo to the last slice — something truly extraordinary. Thanks to Kaydee with Little Lady Florals who created the “flower garden” design for the cake. Heat wave? More like cake wave! ✨. ,

This cake made a 7-hour trip from St George, Utah to Gilbert AZ, and arrived just in the nick of time only to be devoured in 15 minutes by Merrick and his team friends.
