Kolache klobasnek, potato patoto. I haven't posted anything in a while cause I haven't done anything cool. These are cool 😎. These Czech delights are stuffed with smoked ground beef, cabbage, and carrots. I found a stand mixer at the resale store for$12 bucks this weekend, so I went crazy and made this dough. Klobasneks will be my new obsession for the foreseeable future, so bear with me.

Hi friends, here’s the Wednesday update for you…

We’re now in our 3rd week at our new location and are loving the new, much larger space. We appreciate everyone who’s come down to visit us amid the Halloweentown street closures, the city street project, and the ongoing renovations on our building. In case you haven’t seen in previous posts, the best way to get to the taproom and avoid the Halloweentown closures is to go down 4th and over Nob Hill which will get you right down to our building. The city contractor has had signs up the past few days saying 1st St. is closed on our block, but it is indeed open to our building.

Today is Crowler Wednesday, with crowler fills starting at just $5. Stop by and grab a few cans of any of our 15 beers currently on tap… we’ll fill ‘em and seal ‘em up on the spot for you to take home.

Tomorrow is our monthly Pints for NonProfits event. This month we’re supporting the upcoming Playground Indoor Skatepark, which aims to be Columbia County’s first skate facility centered around youth empowerment and inclusion. We’ll be donating $2 from every beer sold all day directly to the nonprofit to support their cause so please stop by to help raise funds for this new local nonprofit.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday we’ll have Fatt Matt Meats back in action with smashburgers and smoked brisket burgers on Friday; ribs, chicken and pulled pork on Saturday; BBQ street tacos on Sunday.

The annual Halloweentown parade is on Saturday evening and we plan to have extended hours till 11. The forecast is looking great for Saturday so come down for some fresh locally made beer and watch some college football or lounge outside and watch the ships cruise by till the parade starts at 6:30.

Sunday is our monthly cribbage tournament. Sign up on the FB event page or just show up and we’ll try to get you a spot. It’s a $10 buy in and the pot is split 75/25 between the winner and runner up. Never played in a tournament but curious? It’s an easy going crowd and we help each other out so sign up and come down and we’ll help you out as much as you need.

Monday is members day, with oversize pours for just $5 for members of our loyalty club.
