The MidCity Excellence (MCE) Community Learning Center serves as an inner-city, non-profit mission that provides counseling, conflict resolution training, tutoring, performing arts activities (drumline, trash can band, stomp, dance) and acts as a liaison between grassroots families and the SJPD, government and school officials.
