How it all started

We had the one converted horse trailer, Seahorse Mobile Tavern...but wanted something fun that we could do with the our 4 children. We knew we wanted to do shaved ice, but a healthier type then I grew up on. Hoots was born! The search was on for another horse trailer, mostly because I had a vision of what it would look like. My design ideas were going crazy. Staying with the horse trailer design was our niche. We definitely wanted to be mobile and make it fun for kids of all ages. Adults too!

After much searching a trailer was found, we spent the next year renovating it, and now we are ready to go! The kids help inside and we get to spend time as a family, it feels great to build a family business, help our community with fundraisers, and put smiles on peoples faces.
