That’s why we talk about the 3 H’s- simple ways to show up when words fall short:

🤍 Hug: Offer comfort and presence when there are no perfect words.
🤍 Hush: Sit beside them, listen, and let silence speak.
🤍 Hangout: Show up- at the funeral, with a meal, or just to be there.

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply show up.
