Brews for a cause!
Our event for tomorrow is set! 3 Daughters Brewing is hosting us from 11-3pm. So grateful for their eager response to support the cause! Free drink ticket with donation of non-perishable food, drink and other items you feel our neighbors to the south would appreciate! We’ll be driving it all down on Sunday! (short version to follow, long version below 😊)
HUGE shout out to Rex Moving for their donation of two trucks, drivers/workers and all the time involved these last 12 hours to help us pull this off! Incredible. Gale Valente has owned Rex Moving for 38 years and LOVES our Tampa Bay Area. She also runs Heaven’s Works Food Pantry and is always looking for a way to help others. I try to use my platform for good as much as I can (I mention real estate about once every 10K words, my CPA will confirm I’ve never had a client through LSP 😅 “what are you doing?”), though Gayle sets an even better example for me to follow. I’ll certainly continue to make Loving St Pete a win for locally owned businesses and our area as best as I possibly can.
Gale’s daughter owns ‘Hairspray The Salon’ within Soul Fit . Both are locally owned businesses and donating to the cause! They’ll be operating a second donation drop off at Soul Fit in Largo at 11395 66th Street N. I appreciate everything they’re doing to make this come together! This is not possible w/o them.
Kona Ice Sarasota will be onsite and giving back 25% of sales to the cause!! Everyone loves Kona Ice and we’re so grateful for their support! Kona, Gale and LovingStPete will use those funds to continue filling the truck at a grocery store tomorrow evening.
PaperFinch Design is my wife who is donating her time and $200 toward items. She sells lots of St Pete merchandise and offers many designs for other cities and states!
I’ll try to post pictures tomorrow, receipts on stories and whatever else I can!
