Forgot to post this one, but the Mrs and our youngest kept me company and helped me out at the Cook Off for Cancer event back in April. We got the chance to serve the community and get some donations for the benefit. Even managed to snag 2nd in chicken and 3rd in brisket!

22 pound Prime brisket (before trimming) that I cooked this weekend. Got it put on at 1 am Saturday morning and let it smoke at 225 which is a bit lower than I normally go. Took about 12-13 hours total cook time to finish up, but the end result was well worth the wait!

Prime New York strips on the big green egg along with some fried potatoes and onion. Turned out to be a good meal!
