Pizza Peek

It's not uncommon for us to get a surprised look when we tell people we have a fully operational wood fired pizza oven. We added the oven to our inventory for several reason: 1. We LOVE pizza and we are not alone :) 2. Food trucks are huge right now. Our clients have been super interested in adding a cool lounge vibe to their party and a foodtruck/cart is the perfect way to unwind as the sun goes down and the dancing starts. 3. Pizza toppings are getting crazy these days and who doesn't love a bit of food experimentation. If you didn't know, we have got one of these fire breathing beasts just waiting to cook up some amazing pizzas. You're having an event? Do we get an invitation?

We bought a wood fire pizza oven friends. 650 degrees of gourmet glory. Of course we took it for a few test runs for the work family, and ooh is it delicious.
