Professional readers, actors, and/or local authors & writers read aloud a piece of poetry, fiction (from any genre), memoir, non-fiction, etc, which is then followed by a burlesque, boylesque, and/or draglesque performance inspired by the piece. MOMS UNHINGED is a night of stand-up comedy exploring everything from motherhood to midlife crisis, marriage, divorce, online dating, and other things that irritate us. Men are welcome to the show, too! Comedians in our repertoire are mostly Colorado-based, but as we expand our network nationwide, we are able to include the very best funny women (who happen to be moms, plus the occasional token dad) in other cities.
