Spice Of Life is an experience driven, full service catering & bartending company located in beautiful Salida, Colorado. Every food and bar menu is custom catered to your needs and flavor profiles. We put an emphasis on natural, locally sourced, high quality ingredients, and offer Gluten Free/Vegan/vegetarian options upon request. We try our best to use minimally processed fresh food, USDA hormone

and antibiotic free meats, locally sourced produce and goods, and as much organic and all natural ingredients as possible. We offer the option to source our meat from Nola Naturals based in Avondale, CO. Nola naturals provides clean, sustainable, and regenerative agriculture using holistic management processes. We are proud of our local farms and are excited to call them our partners. Bar services vary from full open bar packages to consultation and pick up. Let us cater and bartend your next meeting, wedding, corporate retreat, or holiday party.

Hello all,

I just wanted to thank everyone who has come to the pop up we've been hosting at Little Cambodia on Thursdays and Fridays. While it has been successful this will be our last week 6/28 and 6/29. The demands of our regular jobs and catering business are proving to be too much. Please come join us for one last week.

In the future we plan to host ticketed multi course dinner events with alcohol included. Look for the menu/posters. The first date is TBD.

Again, thank you salida for all of your on going support!

SOL pop-up at Little Cambodia will be delayed one week from the original opening date. We will be opening June 13 on Thursday and Friday ONLY. Our hours are 11am-5pm. We will ONLY be accepting VENMO AND CASH. Here is our official menu with pricing.

The majority of our vegetables will be sourced from Nola Naturals and Valley Roots Food Hub.
