OMG Rose and Greer Event Co. is going LIVE!!
Those closest to me know about my love for event planning and in the past 2 years I have allowed myself to step out of my comfort zone and reach for my dream.
"What is your dream job?"
In 2001, Jennifer Lopez's character in "The Wedding Planner" sparked a flame. Then in 2014, after planning my own wedding, I knew exactly what my dream job would be.....
I WOULD BE A WEDDING PLANNER.
Fast forward almost 10 years, a couple kids, and few career changes, I am finally chasing that dream. Thanks to those that let me coordinate their weddings and be a true test to see if I had what it took or not. I truly enjoy making dreams a reality, allowing the special couple the freedom to relax and enjoy their day, meeting their friends and families, creating structure and direction for a sometimes chaotic time, and sharing in the love and excitement of their big day. I'm that person that will cry right along with them when they take their wedding vows, and laugh during the cake cutting or groomsmen dance moves.
Special thank you to Tina Tackett Grandmaiter for helping me with the business side of things from logo design to website building. And all those that have spread the word about my services and testimonies to others. I am so EXTREMELY thankful for a husband that has inspired and supported me in this endeavor. We have spent many nights, up late discussing what this dream would look like. He has navigated these waters with me and walked along side me as I laid down the foundations of this pursuit. And lastly, I would like to thank God, I have spent lots of time in prayer and allowing God to guide me in this entire process. Because of this, I know this is exactly where God has led me to be!
