Well friends, today is the day. The pilot episode for my cooking show was released. I will include the link below. I just want to thank you all for your support on this journey. I have no idea where the Lord is leading me and what doors He may open, but I know God is so good and I pray I can bring honor and glory to Him. Please if you are willing and able to like, share, comment and subscribe to my show. All of this will improve my ratings and could propel me to the the next step, which would be a 12 episode series. Good morning Facebook family and friends. I would be at great fault if I did not give great praise and thanks to the Lord above on this Sunday morning if I did not share some wonderful news that I've been holding on to for the last 2 weeks. After my appearance on Delmarva Life; I was contacted by a director from a streaming app called Eat This TV. Unbeknown to me they are constantly following social media trends, other networks and shows looking for those they think would do well with their own opportunity. Long story short; by the grace of God and the help of some family and friends, I will be going to NY on Tuesday for a Wednesday morning studio shoot of a pilot episode for my own cooking show on the platform of Eat This TV. The app can be loaded on any of your major streaming devices (Roku etc.), viewed on there website, and later saved to you tube. The pilot will air for a couple weeks to track ratings and feedback, but if things go well; the network could offer me a 12 episode series. Please continue to pray as this is all due to God's grace and provision. You never know what doors He will open or close out of His great love for us. God's will for us is so much greater than our own thoughts and dreams could portray. Please stay tuned for exact airing times and dates. I have 4 hours of studio time, trimmed to a half hour segment, and then it all has to be approved and set into motion but could be launched in a cpl weeks. God bless!

Good evening Facebook friends. As many of you know I have been a participant in the Chefs for Habitat event that is held at the Civic Center. This will be my 3rd year. I was asked by the coordinator if I would be a guest on Delmarva Life as a representative of the event. It will air tomorrow, Feb 7th at 5pm. I will be preparing 2 dishes as long as time allows. Just about 5 more days until the Chefs For Habitat event at the Civic Center on the 19th. I'm not gonna lie; I'm a little nervous but definitely excited for the opportunity. The whole family will be helping me service my station for the guests. If interested; the event will live streamed and recorded by the local PAC14 channel (public access channel). I will include a link to their page and I believe they post to youtube as well. There is a link to event page that I posted previously also.
