Part Time Reservations /Dispatcher–Nights & Weekends

Four Star Limousine in Salisbury MA, is looking for a part / full time reservations /dispatcher (nights and weekends are a must) Individual must possess a strong work ethic and have flexible availability. We require a detail oriented person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to perform under pressure and resolve problems quickly.

Duties would include:
Entering detailed reservations from clients via telephone & email.
Answering all inbound phone calls
Dispatching trips to chauffeurs
Providing support to chauffeurs
Confirming & monitoring incoming flights
Monitoring vehicles and timeliness
Fast and accurate data entry.
Managing multiple tasks & high pressure situations
