Thank you to my Super Amazing Chef Instructors for all of the great tips on plating, food decor, and so much more! Thank you for the beautiful garnishes and sweet potatoes you sent out to complete our final presentation for this class! I am very grateful for Farm to Table Kitchen... this has been an amazing block. My final presentation is pan seared Lamb chops, marinated & seasoned, baked lemon, ginger, brown butter sweet potatoes, pan seared asparagus.
Plated for fine dining.

Week 11- We made Farmer's Cheese!! Yes I made my own cheese, and it is delicious too!! Added fresh dill to my cheese, and presented it on this beautiful Charcuterie board for the win. 😋🥰
