Having a centerpiece with multiple layers can completely change the look of your table. Your tall tier should be the focal point; all attention is on the harlow arrangement from the moment you enter the room. The medium tier (taper candles) helps to bring your eyes down to the short tier which acts as a filler. The additional flowers provided by the bud vases tie in the arrangement above.
