We are set up today at Cook's Farm Dairy! Low and slow smoked brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis style pepper ribs and more! Using only Michigan hardwoods - we’re excited to see what people think! We even have a vegan option 😁

Good evening ya’ll!

We are excited to be offering Texas BBQ this weekend with extended hours! Our “new” smoker is finally finished and she’s a beaut! Wood burning only (old school no electric or gas elements) - built in Mesquite, Texas - she’s ready to make her debut.

We will be open 2-8 friday 12-8 or sell out on Saturday and Sunday!

Offerings will include sampler platters, traditions Texas brisket, ribs, sausage and some other goodies as well as our regular offerings. Come on out and see us at cooksfarmdairy and give us a chance to rock your socks off!

Hey San Antonio! Need to feed a crew of 10 people on the cheap?

We're offering whole smoked pork loins for pickup/delivery this weekend (friday-sunday)!

These are rubbed and smoked hot and fast with hickory/oak then rested/sliced thin for sandwiches! We can change the rub to whatever profile you want on request.

These come in a tray with bread and a raspberry chipotle sauce. Each whole loin tray is $50 and should yield 3-4lbs finished product which is enough for 10-12 1/3 lb sandwiches.
