Alexis Marie, Owner of The Fruteria Bar
We had the pleasure of meeting Alexis and her husband at a quince expo a few months ago, and from the start, we knew they were something special! Set up right next to them, we couldn't resist the amazing aroma of their food – they were a hit from the moment the expo opened.
We recently reunited at a quinceañera, and wow, their service was top-notch! As soon as their snack carts opened, people flocked to them. They worked quickly through the line, with their daughter even jumping in to help. Watching their family in action reminded us so much of our own beginnings and the family bond that drives a business forward.
Their journey started with a simple idea in March 2023, inspired by Alexis’s wish for a snack bar at her daughter’s party. With a little creativity and a lot of love, they built their own cart – and from there, The Fruteria Bar and More was born. Now, they proudly serve from five different carts, including a shot cart and marquee letters, bringing a unique, family-centered experience to events.
