Hi guys!!! We’ve grown so much since I last introduced myself. So hiiii ☺️ My name is Michelle White, I am 20 years old, and the owner of The Picnic Pitstop. 🧺

For me, starting The Picnic Pitstop was a way to help me through my depression. I’ve dealt with extreme anxiety and depression through the years but I’ve found that being in nature and focusing my energy on something I’m passionate about has been the best coping mechanism. I also love seeing my customers react positively to something I’ve created. My hope is that others can experience this same peace and reconnection through our picnics, which is why we choose our weird name 🤣 let me explain! 👇🏾

A picnic is “outing or occasion that involves taking a packed meal to be eaten outdoors,” and here at The Picnic Pitstop we strive to get our community outdoors and enjoy nature with a bit of luxury. ☀️

So why “pitstop”? When people think of pitstop they generally think of a gas station. However, pitstop actually means a brief rest, especially during a journey. Our belief at the picnic pitstop is that pit-stops are not only important but essential for everyday life.
