Hey there lovely people!!!

Let's share our "YES" stories! Here's mine...

It's New Year's Eve; Michael and I decided to spend this holiday alone. We normally spend it with family, and looking back on it, I probably should've known something was up when he suggested we change it up LOL!

After driving around looking at Christmas lights (Michael knows I love Christmas), he suggests we go make some homemade ice cream 🍦 (he also knows I LOVE his homemade ice cream). It was a no brainer I would say yes to a sweet treat (he knows me so well!!)...
..Once we get to his house, I head to the kitchen and begin getting our ingredients out of the pantry and fridge. 🍶 I'm so preoccupied and excited for my treat I didn't notice Michael had disappeared for a bit (to get the ring)...
..he comes up behind me, says, "You forgot one ingredient,"...
..reaches around me with an open ring box and says, "ICE!"

Most people would call that corny, but if you know me, you know that was the PERFECT proposal for ME!!

The rest is a blur, but I know I said, "YES", because then I had that gorgeous ring on my finger 💍

Yes, my husband has GREAT taste...that's why he's my design consultant! I'm not too proud to admit that sometimes his ideas are better than mine! Sometimes... 😝 We really do compliment each other very well and often feed off of each other when going over design concepts, color schemes, EVERYTHING!
