Hello everyone. A few things I want to point out. We are a business. We have delivery fees and taxes that we include. These aren’t hidden fees. We do taxes on our business.
On our picks ups, we try to pick up asap. These slides have been used and been soaking wet so they are heavier than when we drop off dry. The guys are working super hard in 100 degree weather picking up these slides. Some people yards aren’t the best or are harder than usual so that makes it difficult for the guys. Sometimes we have 10 slides out and sometimes we have 2 slides out. Please be patient with us when we are picking up, we are trying our best. 🫶

We are a small business making our dreams into reality. We add the fun to your events. We ask for deposits solely to secure your date and precaution with any accidents. This helps us with the many inquires we receive and whoever sends us the deposit first,they will have the slide booked on there date. The deposit is also to help IF there is damage. This protects our slide and also from our customer coming out of pocket. We know accidents happen and if it does happen then that’s a discussion between the parties. We just don’t automatically take a deposit. Everyone that has rented from us has received deposits back because every single of our customers have trusted us and we’ve trusted them with our slides being taken care of. We understand that a lot of moonbounce and waterslides companies have scammed many people but we aren’t those businesses 🫶
