Just as any typical recipe post I’ve gotta spill the back story first! But feel free to check the comments for the recipe if you’re not up for the read!

✨Story Time✨

It’s been a while since she had a night on the town but the girls insisted she go out.
Attached to her comfort bubble, she desperately pressed to end the night early and bring the girls back to her place for better drinks at much affordable prices. Free drinks, actually.
1 am creeps up and she absolutely can not stand in this night club that’s really just a courtyard with tables and a DJ, any longer. She announces the UBER arrival and like the 7 Dwarves, they fell in line.

Music is up, thank Heavens neighbors are on holiday. “…She’s hugging Zester too hard.. he’s gonna scratch ‘er.” She wanders to the lounger passing bottled water along her way. “This must be why they call me Mom” she cringed.

“Hey, Mercedes! Do you have coffee? Or like an Espresso Martini Recipe?”

Oh, Girlie.. I don’t have Coffee.. but I have this.

- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Vanilla rum (you can sub dashes of vanilla for this!)
- 2 oz Piña Mix
- 1 oz Key Lime Juiced mixed with 1 oz Simple Syrup
Garnish with toasted coconut, Key Lime Twists & a Slice of Pie!
