• Cancellation Policy: If you the client (Canceled your event) what happens with your 50% retainer fee. All booking fee made towards your event are (Non Refundable) When payment is received we begin working immediately to accomplish our goal. We purchase all materials needed to guarantee we have all the supplies to build your decor
and to avoid any issues with supplies shortage. So we turned away other clients to reserved a spot on our schedule to accommodate your event. This is a booking fee and not a deposit. (Booking fee Non Refundable)
• Reschedule Policy: Event can only be rescheduled within a 24 hours notice from when your event is scheduled. Due to (Inclement weather, Covid 19 or if your event was double booked by Venue / Church / Park / Restaurant / Hotel / Permits. Only if we have that time and date available within the same year) with the same materials and same colored balloons from previous agreement. If notice is not done within 24 hours then we will take it as a cancellation on your part. (Booking fee Non Refundable)
• Event Setup Time: Before booking your event we will agree on a time for setup to plan our time accordingly. If you the (client) change set up time last minute from what we had agreed on at the time of booking. We would have no choice but to cancel your event completely if that time frame does not work for the both of us. Upon arrival: you the (client) are responsible to have your area cleared and access to property before we arrive. As soon as we arrive we start working immediately on your installment to get to our next destination. If conflict of time we would have no choice but to leave and you the (client) are at fault. (Booking fee - Non Refundable)
•Outdoor Decor: We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we CANNOT guarantee that balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified ADP will do its best to be flexible with providing decor alternatives. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control
•Decor Equipment: Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s). Depending on the decor, we may be able to build decor items onto temporary equipment that can be purchased during the booking process.
