Dallas was buzzing as we turned the Hilton Anatole into an incredible experience for 1,200 guests! We infused local tastes, entertainment, and decorations to craft a memorable Texas-style welcome.
The client wanted this whole event to be experiential. Our team leaned into the State Fair theme, taking the essence of something near and dear to the hearts of Dallasites and reimagined it for event attendees.
We stand proudly, not only as the largest DMC nationwide, but as the only majority women-owned and led National DMC.

Beyond participating in the tradeshow, our team also contributed to the conference's Wellness Lunch with creative activations that focused on wellness and sustainability.
Attendees enjoyed blending custom scents at the Scent Bar, relaxing with Chicago cityscape coloring pages, and crafting bouquets for donation to Sunrise Senior Living and Encore Village of Schaumburg. Each activity highlighted our commitment to our initiatives.

An industry-leading financial company came to Access with a challenge. Having been to the same hotel in Marco Island for multiple years, they needed fresh ideas for Florida that had never been done before. Access' creative agency to the rescue!
We got to work developing three distinct concepts that brought together the Sugar, Citrus and Flower side of Florida (look it up, there are some cool stats around these fun products in Florida - will blow your mind!).
