Yesterday we hosted Hybridge for a Meritage blending team building event. Each team was provided 5 Bordeaux red varietals and received 45 minutes to create their idea of a perfect Meritage blend. In a surprising turn of events, all of the teams tied! Seems like we had some potential winemakers in our presence 😉🍷

A little behind the scenes action from last night’s plated rehearsal dinner. 💫 Our couple, Zembya & Antonio, wanted to offer their guests options from ’s Osteria menu like these homemade spaghetti and meatballs 🍝 as well as a few special items from our catering menu like this frenched chicken breast with oranges, feta, chick peas, rosemary and Castelvetrano olives over garlic rosemary mashed potatoes.

It’s good to be back 😎. Our first wedding of the year is under our belts. It was a long (like really, really long) day but seeing all the beautiful decor and guests dressed up to the nines to celebrate love is always worth it. 💕
