We will be setting up for a great event at Orion Martial Arts. Feel free to bring the kiddos and help out for a good cause!

Orion Martial Arts and Ninja Dude Parties will be hosting an Open House on July 14th from 2-4pm. Ninja Dude will set up his awesome ninja obstacle course, there will be indoor wall climbing, rings, and more! We are also selling hot dogs, drinks and ice cream sundaes. All proceeds will go to Master Eldred’s Family from Eldred’s Tae Kwan Do, to help pay for Eldred’s funeral expenses.

Best Buds Alert!! 🚨

The cool thing about Ninja Parties is that you get to run the Obstacle Course with your Best Bud! These two were so excited to run on the course and try the walls!

The one wall that I post up at a lot is the A-Frame wall, pictured here…the neat thing about it is that I get to have conversations with the little ninjas as they climb up!! Sometimes the stories they tell me are hilarious and other times they like to tell me step by step on how to conquer this wall 😂. Either way it’s an awesome bonding experience with them and they always have so much to say!!

Face painted Ninjas!!

I had the pleasure of working with a repeat client for their child’s birthday. And this time they brought in a Face Painter!! The kids had some cool designs on their face, I was very close to getting my face with the ninja paint 😂🥷

I have to say it’s pretty cool making connections with other companies that entertain kids as well. If anyone has a company that works with kids I would love to team up and put on an event!

Empowering strong confident Girls!

Who said girls can’t be ninjas!? I truly feel that we are equals and what sets us apart is the strength and power of our heart!

It doesn’t matter if we are boy or girl, big or small as long as we can walk through the world with a smile and full heart! This little girl right here will make you smile and melt from the inside out. So glad I got to throw her a Ninja Party for her 3rd birthday!!

It’s Ninja Time!!

These Ninjas were excited to get on the course and try out all the obstacles! Before they start each kid gets an official Ninja Headband that transforms them into a real life ninja!

The art of Having Fun!

You guys usually get to see all the kiddos having fun and giant smiles on their faces. But rarely do you get to see how the Ninja Dude reacts when running a Ninja Party.

I am so grateful that I get to do something that brings so much Joy to my life. Working with these kids and motivating them to do something that might be uncomfortable or something they are not use to makes what I do so special. Most kids hear that they are going to break a board and sometimes they get a little nervous. So being able to make them feel comfortable and just support them and let them know that they can do it makes it worth it!

So SMILE as big as you can and just enjoy every moment you have!

Keeping their attention!

One of the things I hear from the parents all the time is…how are you able to keep them focused and listening!?

Well the secret is…wait for it 🤔

You just have to make things fun, as well as knowing how to engage with them! I have Martial Arts to thank for that. There are times when the little ninjas will act out and when that happens I jump on it right away and tell them that doesn’t happen here at Ninja Dude Parties. Usually they straighten up and if they don’t then they sit out from all the Fun.

But in all honesty 99% of all the parties go off without a hitch, for those few that like to disrupt I’m usually able to pick those ones out before the party starts. So I just make sure to keep an eye on them and remind them every once in a while to stay focused so they can enjoy the fun!

Who’s ready to NINJA!?

They say “Find something you enjoy doing and you’ll never work a day in your life!” Well I’m a true believer in that.

I jumped in 💯 back in 2019 and then boom…the pandemic hit. I knew this was something I had to be doing so I made it work and pushed through. Now I’m able to look back and realize it was all worth it!!

Keeping them SAFE!

Besides running the Obstacle Course we also do Ninja Training Drills with them as well. Here we are going over the proper way to do a Forward Roll (Summersault)

🥇Tuck Chin to Chest (Pretend it’s Velcro’d to your shirt 😆)

🥈Hands on the mat, Head down and walk feet towards your face

🥉Roll and end up SMILING the whole way through!!

We always make sure the kiddos are safe and understand the task at hand before letting them attempt the Ninja Training.

Set up and Safety Check!

Ninja Dude sets up the big walls and always checks to make sure they are safe and functioning before every party! We love to have fun and enjoy the equipment but we have to make sure it’s safe for the kiddos to climb on first!

Conquering Mountains 🏔️

It always amazes me that before a Ninja Party starts kids come up to me and tell me how scared they are to attempt some of the obstacles. My response to them is “Don’t worry I’ll be right along side you to help and not let you fall”

Once they attempt the obstacle a few times they lose that fear and start gaining confidence to run up them!

The Ninja Dude 🥷

Usually I post the kiddos at the parties but I figured I would post a photo of me and give you guys a little background on who the Ninja Dude is!

I grew up playing Hockey and from there I transitioned into Boxing. I loved the art and science behind it and how the body moved. I eventually wanted to get into a Martial Art, so after searching I decided to train in a Korean style called Tang Soo Do. Still to this day I am actively training and I will be up for testing for my Master Belt (4th Degree Black Belt) here very soon. I have also recently become a 1st Degree Black Belt in Muay Thai/K1 Kickboxing.

I took my love for Martial Arts and turned it into a Kids Ninja Company. I have always loved climbing and testing my balance on things so what better than creating obstacle courses for kids to do it in a safe environment!?

I have been working/teaching kids for over two decades now and I have to tell you, I LOVE every second of it. My next goal is to open a gym where kids and adults can come play on Ninja Obstacles and learn Martial Arts.

I can truly say I am doing what I was meant to do here! What’s your passion?!?!

What’s a Ninja without Punches & Kicks??

These are just a few of the things you get when you throw a Ninja Party. One activity we do with the kids is Punches and Kicks. We take the time to make sure they understand the fundamentals of the technique (to a certain degree) and encourage them to do their best!

Nunchuck Time!

One of the trainings we do at Ninja Parties is Nunchucks! We line up cones for each kid to stand at giving them ample space to practice the art of nunchaku.

Ninja Dude goes over different movements to do with the nunchucks and even lets them come up with their own “Special Move” to show off their skills.

How Big is your SMILE?!

It’s pretty common to see a smile on the course, but to capture one in a photo can be tough when they are sprinting through the obstacles! 😂

It’s photos like these that help me to realize that I Love what I do! Seeing these kids being active and using mental and physical skills to conquer the course is what makes this unique. Kids get to have a great birthday and be active and engaging all at the same time!

🤙🏽 Let’s Party 🤙🏽

So a little back story here…I started this company because I want to keep kids active and off their Electronic Devices! Too many kids these days are becoming over weight and unhealthy because of what they see on TV.

So by getting them outside with their friends and absorbing some good Vitamin D they are building that habit of becoming and staying healthy!!

Interactive Party!

These kids get to climb, crawl, jump and run on the course as well as practice Nunchuck Skills in a safe and controlled environment! We interact with the kids the moment we arrive to the location up until the last moment the Ninja Bus drives off.

These two were awesome!!! Yes it was hard to tell them apart but once I figured out they were wearing different colored glasses it made it a little easier. I was just hoping they weren’t going to switch glasses to mess with me 😂😅

Yes, we show up in a Ninja School Bus! The kids LOVE seeing the school bus show up for their Ninja Party. Because they know that means the best birthday party is about to happen!
